PROFILE
Sid has practiced law for over 30 years assisting clients with a variety of legal matters. He has a particular interest in helping clients reach agreements and settlements that best meet their needs and that promote healthy relationships with their family members and business partners.
Sid received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Alberta in 1975 and completed a Law degree from the same university in 1981. He has a general practice of law and has extensive experience with litigation, family law, personal injury, real estate and corporate and commercial law.
In 2009 Sid received a Master’s of Law in Alternative Dispute Resolution from Osgoode Hall at York University in Toronto. Sid is a Registered Collaborative Family Lawyer and his education has had a strong influence on all areas of his practice. Sid advocates for his clients and gives them the knowledge and guidance they need to have confidence in their decisions.

Lorraine is a pioneer and champion in the field of collaborative law. As one of the first collaborative practice lawyers in Alberta, she has extensive experience and training.
Lorraine’s education makes her uniquely suited for collaborative law. She has degrees in law and in family studies, certificates in conflict management and parenting coordination, and is a registered family mediator. This background provides her with insightful and practical expertise in legal family matters.
Lorraine does high-caliber work. Through an attentive, intuitive, and thorough approach, she provides clients with quality representation and advice.
